End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and AndalusGames for the use of AndalusGames software applications ("Software" or "Games"). By installing or using any Game, you agree to this EULA.

1. Grant of license

AndalusGames grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, solely for personal entertainment in accordance with this EULA, our Terms of Service, and applicable app store terms.

2. Restrictions

Unless permitted by applicable law, you may not:

• Copy, distribute, or publicly display the Software except as allowed by the license.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Software.
• Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Use the Software to develop competing products or services.
• Circumvent technical protection measures or access unauthorized game features.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. AndalusGames and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights. The AndalusGames name, logo, and game titles are trademarks of AndalusGames.

4. Updates

We may provide patches, updates, or modifications to the Software. Such updates may be installed automatically. Updates are subject to this EULA unless accompanied by separate terms.

5. Third-party components

The Software may include third-party open-source or licensed components (e.g. Unity engine, advertising SDKs). Use of those components may be subject to additional license terms provided within the application or documentation.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference.

7. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.

8. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ANDALUSGAMES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ANDALUSGAMES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

10. Apple App Store (iOS)

If you obtained the Software through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• This EULA is between you and AndalusGames only, not Apple.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the Software.
• Apple is not responsible for product warranties; claims should be directed to AndalusGames.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

11. Google Play (Android)

If you obtained the Software through Google Play, you agree to comply with Google Play's terms of service in addition to this EULA.
