These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mobile games, applications, and the website operated by AndalusGames ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using any AndalusGames product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use our games. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable store rules (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.).

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our games except as permitted by law.
• Use cheats, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party tools.
• Sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute our games or content.
• Use our services for unlawful purposes or to harass others.

3. Virtual items and purchases

Some games may offer virtual currency, items, or ad-free experiences. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or store policy. All in-app purchases are processed by the applicable app store, and their terms apply to billing and refunds.

4. Advertisements

Our games may display third-party advertisements. Ad content is provided by advertising partners and is not endorsed by AndalusGames. Your interaction with ads is subject to the advertiser's terms and privacy policies.

5. User conduct

You agree not to interfere with the operation of our games, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or engage in behavior that harms other players or our services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual property

All game content — including graphics, audio, code, trademarks, and the AndalusGames name and logo — is owned by AndalusGames or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Our games and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AndalusGames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of our games. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $50 if no payment was made.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any reason with notice where required by law. Upon termination, your license to use the games ends immediately.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
